It’s already that time! We are celebrating one full year since incorporation and what better way than with an F4L Open day!

Let’s take a close look at the goals set from last year, have we smashed them, still on track or completely forgotten?

Come and join us in fun activities for both adults and children. Engage in our fun challenges with prizes to win. Try out our classes and witness some martial arts and some cooking in our kitchen.

There will be plenty of activities and freebies on the day! You can’t miss out. Discounts on our new programs, nutritional tips and food on the day.

ORDER OF THE DAY

  • 10AM - DOORS OPEN

  • 10:30-11AM - CHAIR EXERCISE TASTER CLASS

  • 11:30-12:00 - BOX FIT TASTER CLASS

  • 12:30 - 13:00 - MARTIAL ARTS PRESENTATION

  • 13:00 -14:00 - F4L KITCHEN(intro to healthy cooking)

  • 14:00 - 14:30 - YOUTH TASTER CLASS

  • 15:00 -15:30 - FIT FOR SUMMER 60 DAY CHALLENGE TASTER

  • 16:00 - CLOSING

    There will be plenty of other activities on the day! so come and participate in our hoop and speed challenges and win prizes!
