THE FIT FOR SUMMER, Fit For Life 60 day challenge is only the start! Did you know, it takes approximately 21 days to form a habit and about 90 days to make it a lifestyle? So you remember all those new years’ resolutions that didn’t work? well check again how long you did it for? This is why we chose 60 days.

CONSISTENCY IS KEY! But with all there is to do, who sticks to anything new for 60 days? We know that consistency is the world’s number one obstacle to reaching success and it’s that much harder on your own, which is why we chose to be with you in the first 60 days and do this together in a setting of a group class. Committing to our program is the very first step towards cultivating a mindset that embraces healthy choices as a part of your daily routine. It's through consistent effort that you'll witness remarkable changes in your body and overall well-being.

INVEST IN YOUR HEALTH: Put your money where your heart is. According to the British heart foundation there are around 23 deaths monthly from heart and circulatory disease in hackney alone. We know that if your activity levels are low, it's more likely that you'll have high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels and be overweight. All of these increase your risk for heart diseases.

By joining our 60 day challenge instead of buying your little girl those shoes she cried for, you are making an investment in yourself which might seem selfish but if you end up 15 years in the future a fit and bouncy grandma with shoulders strong enough to push her little girl on the swings for longer then am sure she’ll forgive you.

How we intend to support your journey:

We have curated an hour long class to start with. It’s a clever combination of HIIT style step aerobics and circuit weight training.

  • Step Aerobics: this will boost your heart rate and improve your cardiovascular/heart health, whilst strengthening joints and increasing stability.

  • Circuit Weight Training: Experience the benefits of circuit-style weight training, where you move through various exercises targeting different muscle groups. It's an effective and efficient way to burn calories and build strength.This is aimed at strengthening muscles, ligaments and joints.

  • F4L Saturday Kitchen: In the kitchen is where we shall offer nutritional guidance to help you make smart food choices wether your aim is to lose or gain weight responsibly. With guest chefs every Saturday who will take us through preparing and tasting different healthy meals from all over the world.

  • Online Step Class: Can't make it to the studio? No problem! Both AM and PM classes will be streamed online via a special link every day. Join us from the comfort of your home and stay committed to your fitness goals.

  • Personalised check in: Every 20 days, we shall review your individual progress in a one on one interview. We shall check if your on the path towards reaching your personal goals and devise ways to help maintain or improve your efforts. Make sure to book this in.
